Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

  • Canada: 4–13 business days

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 4–11 business days

  • Other Countries: 4–12 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing Times

Our Fulfillment Team may take up to 48 hours to process your order, complete quality checks, and prepare your package for shipment.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

To track your order, simply follow the instructions or tracking link included in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, high shipping volumes, local postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
