2. Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

4. How are portable blenders packaged?
We carefully package every portable blender to help prevent damage during transit. Products are securely protected with appropriate padding and sturdy outer packaging. Your blender will arrive with its included accessories and be ready for charging and use.
5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging.
Please contact us before returning an item to receive approval and return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes. We source our products from trusted manufacturers and focus on durable materials, reliable rechargeable batteries, secure lids, and practical safety features.
Always follow the included instructions. Do not operate the blender while charging, overfill the cup, or blend hard ingredients unless the product instructions specifically allow it.
7. How do I charge and use my portable blender?
Charge the blender fully before first use using the included charging cable. Cut fruit or other ingredients into small pieces, add enough liquid, securely close the lid, and activate the blender according to the product instructions.
For the best blending performance, avoid overfilling the cup and shake the blender gently if ingredients become stuck.
8. How do I clean my portable blender?
Add water and a small amount of dish soap to the blending cup, securely close the lid, and run the blender for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly afterward.
Do not submerge the motor base or charging port in water. Always make sure the charging port is completely dry before charging.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the designated shipping carrier.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.
